it was killing us i tell ya

aite, we started with our warm ups (3 rounds)

then ball handling and passes, foot work

THEN! coach came!

aite that time was stil alright.

she made us do long chest passes, bounce pass, over head passes..

as the sky was getting darker, lights at the netball court was unable to switch on.

THAT'S WHERE THE TERROR STARTS!

Coach made us do sit ups, pumping, cat scratch, dodging, jumping to touch the net 200 times as a team! leg lift!

worse of all to end the training

400m run within 2MINS 45SECS!

iT did paid off

i guess, i dun feel so much oil in my bodae for the time being haha!!!!

NEXT DAY! bodyaches from top to bottom was aching hell lot...

everyone was suffering ahaha!

but was cool...no wobbly fats mah~ hehe!

went to see doc about my complexion.

head home and then for my musical practises...

we've got the script but yet the roles and singing lessons and dance lesson.

when comes to chinese, or when the vocal teacher speaks the wrong pronounciation of a certain chinese words, she would confidently correct him eh!...

TUESDAY

Woke up at 6 plus to get ready to bathe.

Then Coach Yunyun came messaging saying training cancelled.

Had a huge drop of droplet on my head...

Then Ray came messaging how?

Cause i have sent the msg to the seniors that training is cancelled.

nvm oh.

We then decided to train the juniors if they come down.

We met at 8am

Went down to court. No one was there...

We both look like kuku's but did our own shooting.

Then netballers came down for training in the morning.

Ray and i joined them for training under a hot sun.

Heng! the training was not tough but because of the weather was soo soo HOT!!! tht made us wanna die! haha! after training everyone's face got sunburned?! i think!? loL!

so!!! next time training in the morning! put on sun block!

Sigh! Ray and i were very disappointed with the basketball team.

We messaged everyone , alot cannot make it. Nevermind if those that has graduated, maybe they have started work or those still in the team have attachments.

But the rest annot give excuses because of sth cannot make it. Know that message has been passed down . Training during holiday is on the tuesdays and thursdays for now, shld put other things later. OR maybe because its holiday, everyone started working already so it'll be abit diff. But i hope things will turn out better after skl reopens.

If the team goes on like that, Coach Yunyun won't even wanna coach.

Just awhile, i receieved a messaged while i am blogging. Training more than ONCE again cancelled....

Bought an Adidas strap running shoe! then! dun have bigger a little but pricing was alright. Bought it for 72 bucks. cool huh.

Met up with Yunru to buy her stuff and my stuff.

bought a file from topshop. I kinda like the design thought its $15. Wadeva, i still bought it.There were other designs but its like a notebook where you take down stuff.

and it costs like $20 plus to $30? ya ex ex....

wanted to buy a white shoe, but its ex. so i guess i buy a simple and cheap one later part.

Talked to Hairi last night, then he was thinking of going swimming on Saturday after this training. And told me he see first.

Further more, he was not feeling well .
having stomache so i asked him to sleep instead.

Told him to give me an answer asap to i think if i wanna bring my swimsuit anot.

Just so happened later night, my 3 o'clock students msged me saying they aren't coming because they aren't free to sent their kids over.

so i can meet him earlier. =)

SATURDAY

lesson with my students....

10am lesson : was pissed with one of my students.

He has been there far before me and was with me eversince.

Till now , he has the phobia of goin into the deep pool when he can actually swim breast stroke ( excepts that he swim like a kangaroo, no offence )

I started the lesson in a little shallow than the deep pool.

He got into the pool for like less than 5 mins he started crying asking me to hold his hand and guide him. I refuse to, because his not learning.

he just keep screaming and crying out loudly as though i am bullying him nia.

Ba him ah... Buay Tahan...

then was teachin them freestyle.

He asked so mant stupid qns...

imagine if i told them to swim freestyle kick in the water for 1 min.

Every students were doing, he paused for quite awhile then asked: "swim freestyle kick huh?

I straight away look at him, then he do....

After that lesson, messaged Hairi if its still on.

Going to watch Movie with Adeline and Yvonne, then head to skl to pay my course....then for piano lesson...

Woke up this morning while sweeping the floor.

First things first i looked at was the sky!

She said tht lar. i was cursing her in my heart. Bathul! who are you to lecture me la!

In the end we met. we both were late haha!

went for my eye checkup , bank in money and went to meet my beloved classmates, Jarryl, Pei Shan, Vivian, Pei Wen , Louis, Shan Wen, Ian and WenDe.

Supposed to go karaoke , but the guysdun sing and some are having flu. So we went to watch movie.STEP UP!!! WEE! bought the tickets.Those we had lunch went to play pool.

SETUP THE place but then! it startes to rain lOL!....then stayed under shelter for like an hour.
