Had lessons till 4 plus. Went for basketball self training with swan. Played Basketball with Jing Xian and Zhiliang's group of friends.

Was like supppose to have basketball trainig de...but it was replaced by IVP basketball girls training. sad la! WELL, more than 10 came..their mo qi not bad la...i say....sigh! if only simei ite team is like tht! TSK TSK.......

Went home...watched tv slacked awhile...

SATURDAY
Woke up late 15 mins to 7!
I was suppose to wake up at 6 to get ready and leave at 6.30 lei!
Have 4 classes to coach today!
First class was a 40 plus lady who does not know how to swim. she was quite shy though.
Second class... 2 siblings came.... 1 dare not go its head all the way in... lOL!!!!
Third class... 4 kids ( 3 boys 1 girl ) 2 siblings also.. the girl very sexy eh! wear bikini! woot! loL!
their parents were complaining not sure where they have learnt to and changed many many coaches liao. i am the fourth coach . well i shall try my best oh! loL!
fourth class... 2 sisters came. elder one is 9 yrs old. younger on eis 3 1/2 years old...
the elder sis ter damn arrogant la...says she can swim this can swim tht ....argh! makes me unable to teach her younger sister so i gave her back to the previous coach! loL!>..
then came an indian boy...his likes swimming cna says he can swim! loL! but his afraid of puttin his head in the water! loL!!!! till when he drank a mouthful of water , he cried and throw temper! loL!!!.... then Joel cam over to help me...loL!!!!
Bathe liao went to have lunch with Joel. Went back cuz HErman wanted to talk to me....
then came this big size coach!..dunno his name ah but he not bad eh...but belly from wat i see ahahh!
Then inside the office gt 3 men 1 girl. i was like listening to their conversation. Shine says he likes BAhbah girls...then tht big size guy says he likes skinny girls...gt figure ma then hug liao not bad... lOL!!!...then shine was saying bahbah girls better! hug liao very comfy. gt extra hahaha!!!! i dunno if i wanna laugh or wat eh!!! then the guy says he bahbah already gt bahbah gf also no gd hahaha!!!!!wth la!!!

went for training...
today very little people turned up.
Very disappointing...apart from those who are studying for their exams...
Do normal warm ups. 10 rounds round the courtm foot work, defending, blockout....layup...
5 times sprinting up and down the court...
i shall say, today's training not as muscle stretching as last week....but oh welll
i do hope more than 10 will come down for training next week....
even if there are less than 10 ppl...
i will still perserver till the end....and not giving up....
even if i am the lousiest basketball player in the team.

PART 2

Whooo! just came back from swimming de training at Jalan Kayu Seletar camp. lOL! WEATHER WAS fine in the ear;y afternoon. but did not get the feel of the sun cuz we were indoor doin theory taught by MELVIN.

Swam from 3 plus all the way to 8 pm! hahah! so long ah! fingers and feets are rotting man!
First day traiining kenna cuts here and there..cuts on finger, and one deep cut on ma toe! damn pain ok! my skin like kenna slice like tht ah!

MELVIN TAUGHT US LOTS OF THINGS!
- precuaitions when in pool
- what are the things as a coach
- safety rules in and out of pool
- how to give instructions -> short and specific
-> 3 C's
- correct way of swimming breast stroke , freestyle, back stroke and butterfly....
- ways to coach small kids.... in grps of 8?

after tht, took cab with MELVIN , JENNA AND HERMAN to tampines for dinner (KFC!)

Friday 31st August

Did not went to skl ta study, cuz SW was like cancelled. Therefore i was not able to play street soccer with my group of malay guys...sigh! but we made a promise and tht was to play next week! haaha! nice right! i love this kind of bonding man! CUZ I'M NOT RACIST! hahaah!

wanted to wake up at 8 and go swimming but i woke up at 10 instead loL!....
Meet Adeline 12.30pm in skl to train our bball. Swan was supposed to join us too but she has her presentation to fiinsh so we head off after our lunch....

The sun was very nice! i say its super nice despite the clouds!
Xiao wei came, then Swan , then Hui ping.. PLus, an unknown guy was playing alone. So we played 3 on 3 ! ahaha! farnnie ah!

Xiao Wei injured her knee and ankle again.... we went stunt , because we dunno what to do.
We tot she tore her ligament! but heng she said it was not. she was shouting in pain ah! i got very frighten eh!
becuz b4 she fell on the floor, i went to defend her...
but she said it was not my fault. Because b4 i go in contact with her, her knee gave way...
but i still feel abit NEI JIU...
