Had 4x400m run.
Ran with Wanda, Yvonne and Shazlina
got 2nd and going to finals... Tough run.Before that had pulled my muscle.=(
Then ran for 400m. Got 3rd and going to finals too....oh ma....Finals this thursday.Hope my muscle strain will be better by then.
Knees are soring. As in pain and sore now....
