Yesterday had bball training under YUNYUN....
her training was like...hey you run run run!
loL!...
she made us run 5 sets around the court within 1 mins plus...
my leg went jelly the moment i ran the 3rd round hoh!...loL!....
Then she made us do foul shoots...
YUNYUn taught us defending using hand against tht person's waist
then do layups...left and right sides...
sad to say~ i did badly for the layups...tht Yun yun say if i dun do well, i have to sprint the whole court.
she said. layup is the very basic everyone must know how to do.
If you cun do, u cannot play....
sad ah!
then we cannot anyhow bounce de ball....

"EVERY BOUNCE MUST HAVE A REASON!"

Cuz i shoot using both hands...
therefore yunyun asked me to shoot 100% well for both hands.
Which means i have to work extra harder than anyone of them...hais....
did fouls shots again...
she taught us how to shoot...

then do sprinting...
16sec and below sprinting half court 5 sets arh i think....
then did lunge 6 sets! omg la!!! everyone's leg went numb and heavy ! loL!..
i kenna butt cramp half way ahhaha! so farnie la.

played shooting awhile then headed home.SLOWLY! LOl!

wOKE UP this morning, tighs and butt muscles achin like CRAZY!
Left arm too!!!

I guess tml will be even worse!

Shall go for a swim . Then meet Swan and Adeline for basketball practice then go buy my swimming costume. =)
