Did not have SW today WENT TO attend the TALK about running properly, wearing correct shoes...

Went to Bugis with Swan to exchange my SWIMMING costume....had lunch, Jasmine came and we went window shopping. Bought myself 3 ear studs...Jas and Swan bought adidas shirt,
I went home after tht....
